Do I Have To Make An Account To Purchase An Item?

When Will My Product Arrive?
Typically our goods are despatched within 3-5 days not including delivery time, you can select which delivery option you prefer in the checkout. Delivery times can vary from product to product, we aim to get everything to you as quick as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for some items.
What Happens If There’s Been A Delivery Mishap To My Order? (Damaged Or Lost Delivery)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. If your order is damaged please inform us right away using our contact form, we may ask you to provide order details and photo evidence.

Delivery times vary from product to product, if you think your delivery has been lost please contact us. Rest assure we will either advise a delivery date or deal with the matter appropriately.

My Delivery Is Wrong, What Can I Do?
If you received a different item than ordered, including incorrect specifications, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact our customer care team with all the information required in this Contact Form
Can I Return My Item?
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the specifications, The Hype Type is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of providing the right information.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact The Hype Type directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.

By default, The Hype Type only offers replacements for faulty orders, only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
Once you place your order production begins right away, we are unable to cancel any orders placed.
